ESR grade water
contains the impurity as Fe2+ and Cu less than 5 ppm and conductivity less than 18 M Ohm.
We suggest to use the ESR grade water for preparation of buffers (see buffer mixture) for good performance of determination of intracellular and extracellular release of ROS and NO:

a) in mitochondria
b) in suspension of native and cultured cells
c) in perfused heart/lung
d) in vivo (conscious animals)
e) in human (clinical studies)
